Responsibilities: * Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence * Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective to objective marketing * Build, maintain and service a 'top 25 client' list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses. * Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business. * Understanding, adhering to and promoting safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling. * Building brand awareness, promoting the 'One Team' culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service. * 80 percent of your time will be spent outside, in the field building relationships. (This is not an Office Position) * Applicant will develop new relationships and maintain the existing accounts that are producing revenue. Qualifications: * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand 'message'. * Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business. * Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting. * Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting. * Experience in Restoration industry is preferred but not necessary.
