Your Impact: * Serve as an on-site representative of a large building envelope division to represent owner's interests in projects and contractor's adherence to quality standards and schedules * Perform forensic investigative services for water intrusion * Ensure projects stay on schedule and the contractors on task * Act as a liaison between the client and contractor Here's What You'll Need: * Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field * 3+ years building envelope (roofing/waterproofing) experience * Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules * Proficient in MS Office * Valid driver's license: this position requires driving to job sites * Strong documentation and verbal communication skills * Strong customer service skills Here's How You'll Stand Out: * You have Credentials of Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and/or Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO) * You are proficient in PlanGrid * You are bilingual in English & Spanish
