Consider USADEBUSK where safety, teamwork and excellence are part of our corporate culture.Location: USADEBUSK-Coker Pumping Division 2920 Texas Ave, Bridge City, TX 77611Job DescriptionThe crew leader will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving and manipulating equipment and materials, emergency response, vacuum truck operations, waste disposal, site remediation and high-pressure water blasting.The crew leader will use leadership skills to ensure that the crews are following company and customer standards, policies and best practices.This is a full-time position with opportunity for overtime. Applicants may be required to travel up to 30% of the time.Duties: Lead crews, offer feedback, assist crews and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policy Ensure all equipment is functioning Must have specific knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) Must have specific knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork Communicate Updates with Clients Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork for a jobRequirements: Strong communication skills, both internally and externally Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to travel for extended periods of time. Per Diem, Hotel and transportation provided. Valid driver's license Respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week if called upon. Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures. Ability to understand and follow specific procedures and directions. Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) or be able to receive a T.W.I.C card. Must be able to pass drug UA & Hair follicle and never failed a DISA drug Screen in the past and all required background checks. Must be able to pass a physical.
