Maintenance Technician - Madison

As a Maintenance Technician, you will: * Satisfy service requests such as light electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC/PTAC maintenance, etc. * Prepare apartments for turnover, may include painting, appliance repair/replacement, plumbing, lock changes, etc. * Manage curb appeal by inspecting and cleaning grounds and buildings. * Assist with snow removal as needed. * Complete on-call emergency maintenance. Maintenance Technician Qualifications: * Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license. * Previous maintenance experience required. * Ability to work on call hours, if needed. * Ability to travel between properties. * Mechanical aptitude and experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety of items such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, standard appliances and pool maintenance (if applicable). * Must be able to read work orders / service requests. * Dependable and strong work ethic. * Good safety habits. * Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
