Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor needed in Appleton, WI! Direct Hire! Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for our client's converting operation in Appleton, WI! The Production Supervisor will be expected to have experience organizing production schedules, mentoring production employees, driving production goals, and ensuring the overall production is running at the highest efficiency. This position will play an essential role in daily decision making and process management for the company. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturer in Appleton, WI! The standard hours for this position are based on a weekly rotating schedule between 3 shifts. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am -2:30pm, 2nd shift hours are Mon-Fri 2:30p - 10:30pm, and 3rd shift hours are Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 6:30am.
