Location: NYC Salary: $80,000.00 - US$90,000.00 per year, alongside uncapped commission structure Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) About Sutton Place Strategies (SPS): SPS is an award-winning provider of actionable data and analytics tailored for private equity (PE) and M&A professionals to optimize business development and deal sourcing efforts. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Development: Identify and engage prospective clients within the private equity space. Utilize a consultative approach to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. * Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in maximizing the value of our platform. * Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively position SPS in the market. * Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences. * Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecast opportunities, and track performance against targets using our CRM system. * Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing learning and skill development to enhance personal performance and contribute to team success. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably selling related solutions in the financial services or private equity sector. * Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels. * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed to meet evolving client needs and market conditions. * Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments, sharing insights and supporting collective goals. * Initiative: Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for helping clients succeed and a desire to contribute positively to the team culture. * 24 days PTO and bank holidays * Uncapped commission * Enhanced parental leave * Wellness days and incentives * Matched 401k * Health and dental plans * Birthday day off * Employee assistance program * Travel loan scheme * Charity days * Breakfast provided in the office * Social events throughout the year
