Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee our day shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards. This is an opportunity to apply your organization, mentorship, and hands-on training experience to enable a lean manufacturing environment. This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. Relocation assistance is available. What you'll do: * Supervise and drive production activities to ensure timely completion of production commitments. * Coordinate with the production team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively. * Monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. * Enforce safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees. * Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to streamline workflow and resolve any operational challenges. * Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and enhance productivity. * Facilitate shift transitions by leading process handoff sessions between shift overlaps * Be a culture champion that creates a uniform employee experience across all shift schedules. What you'll bring: * 6+ years working in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment * Bias to action and willingness to ask questions to drive progress * Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment in a manufacturing environment * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. #LI-Onsite #LI-DL1 Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy's culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
