For further details about this acquisition, please read more from here. F-Secure is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to oversee one of our key strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer cybersecurity and identity theft protection solutions, along with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience in not only account management but also be familiar with new product development and API/SDKs integrations. Though this is mostly a remote role, candidates must be able to work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of this high-impact partnership. The compensation for this role will be about 130 k to 175 k US$/year + OTE) with a wide range of benefits, including for example private medical & life insurance, retirement plan, 25 days of vacation on top of public holidays, remote working, wellbeing and wellness benefits, training and development budget, and much more to keep our best asset - our people - happy. Key responsibilities: * Acting as the primary point of contact for a large strategic partner, ensuring alignment on strategic goals, driving partner engagement, and managing day-to-day operations. * Bringing a high-level technical background to assist with inquiries regarding product development, integration, and troubleshooting. * Identify and pursue new opportunities within the partnership to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions. * Develop and implement long-term strategies to strengthen the partnership. Align partner activities with broader business goals, ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable growth. * Manage the integration of new cybersecurity and identity theft protection products into the partner's offerings. Ensure all technical and operational aspects are seamlessly executed. * Ensure the partner delivers a superior customer experience by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Gather feedback to continuously improve products and services. * Monitor and report on key performance metrics. Use data to drive decision-making and provide actionable insights to both internal teams and the partner. * Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the success of the partnership. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments. Our expectations for the role: * Around 7+ years of experience in a strategic account management or partner management role, ideally within the cybersecurity or identity theft protection industry. * Strong technical background with experience in API/SDK integrations and new product development. Ability to understand and communicate high-level technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Deep understanding of consumer cybersecurity and identity theft protection solutions, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and technical teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. * While the role is located in the Pacific Northwest, it's important to be aware that this role might involve some traveling. Additional nice-to-have's: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Business) is preferred.
