Insurability under Corporate Automobile Insurance Key Responsibilities Manage the day to day operation of the STRTP when the Administrator is not on campusSupervise the direct care staff in collaboration with the Unit Manager ensuring appropriate care and supervision is provided to children in accordance with applicable law licensing regulations and the facilitys policiesProvide therapeutic crisis intervention services for childrenUnderstand how to use and implement the campus emergency plan and understand key roles in the planSupervise children as neededIn collaboration with Unit Manager and Activities Coordinator oversee the planned activities required to be available to childrenEnsuring the general upkeep of the STRTPReporting to the Administrator and making recommendations to address identified issuesCompletion of Special Incident Reports as requiredRegularly conduct rounds of residences and campus to ensure compliance with policiesIn collaboration with STRTP staff administers discipline and limit setting for behaviorsEffectively use communication devices ie cellular telephones 2 way radios while maintaining confidentialityBe able to assess proper handling of crisis situations including contacting law enforcementComplete all required documentation when law enforcement officials are involvedProvide basic security functions for the campusParticipate in the training of new staff as neededInteract with the families and significant persons of the children in a therapeutic non judgmental mannerParticipate in the Performance and Quality Improvement plan PQI as assignedDispense medications as directed when indicatedAll other related duties as assigned Why Should You Apply Our Mission work for an organization that makes a real difference in peoples livesCompetitive paySeveral benefit optionsEmployee tuition reimbursementGreat training for staffJoin McKinley to Be Your Best HUMAN McKinleys response to COVID 19 The safety of the families children clients we serve as well as our valued team members is our priority We want to make sure everyone at McKinley feels safe and welcomed We are taking all the necessary precautions and safety measures to maintain a safe environment throughout our different locations We are providing PPE to our team members and visitors along with practicing social distancing measures
