About The Role We're looking for a talented, high energy, collaborative individual who is seeking to be part of a dynamic sales team changing the way businesses around the globe are connected and protected. Todyl Strategic Account Managers are responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to drive their Todyl success. Strategic Account Managers liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients. Strategic Account Managers are dedicated to meeting the operational, go-to-market, sales, and deployment needs to drive Todyl product expansion within assigned clients. Responsibilities * Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors * Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with assigned clients and help them achieve their business objectives for security stack and compliance * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives * Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders * Forecast and track key account metrics and capture all your activities in HubSpot * Update job knowledge by participating in industry educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks to demonstrate thought leadership with your clients * Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis; develop regular QBR and business building cadence * Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product to determine expansion opportunities * Responsible for working with the Customer Success Manager and Onboarding and Deployment Engineering teams to onboard and integrate new partner clients * Develop thought leadership activities and contest with the GTM team; inform our Channel growth strategy and execution * Train and enable partner sales teams and participate in end-user client sales calls to help partners win opportunities * Align and execute partner program benefits to ensure maximum partner engagement and success with the Todyl platform Qualifications * 8 years plus proven account management experience in a quota bearing or metrics driven role achieving or exceeding attainment targets * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level * Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs * Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience * Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment * Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity * Ability to prioritize among competing tasks * Excellent time and project management skills.
