Compensation: $25+ per hour Location: Los Angeles, CA Shift: M-F 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM Responsibilities * This position is responsible for administrative work and inventory control. EXCEL SPREADSHEET EXPERIENCE PREFERRED! * Conducts month-end inventory in accordance with company policy. * Track and analyze inventory maintenance. * Take regular inventory counts, research variances, and develop variance reports. * Review and track all purchase orders and expenses within plant operations. * Maintain all records and verify invoices. * Responsible for ordering inventory and non-inventory supplies. * Provide general administrative and clerical support to the manufacturing function. * Prepare reports, documentation, or other information as necessary or requested. * Collaborate with support departments to ensure documentation is completed properly. * Verify shipping/receiving documents and input in inventory system. * Enters and tracks all manufacturing KPI and SCRAP in Oracle (inventory) system for month end reporting. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Relevant experience in an administrative role. * Strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. * Experience and working knowledge of inventory procedures, inventory control and reconciliation. * Ability to perform mathematic calculations. * Knowledge of general accounting principles. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with Cloud applications and platforms, Oracle preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to achieve goals with minimum supervision. * Some travel may be required based on business needs (events, meetings, training). * Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends (depending on location).
