Apply today and take the first step toward a fulfilling and rewarding career!  * Performs skilled and complex journeyperson-level maintenance and repair work in various trades, including but not limited to electrical and electronics, HVAC, plumbing, general construction, commercial kitchen, and laundry equipment.  * Follows oral and written instructions and instructs others.  * Other duties may be assigned. * High School Diploma or GED and trade school, and  * Three (3) years of journeyperson-level work experience in one or more skilled crafts; or  * Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.  * You must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.  * You must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.  * You must be available for emergency/urgent recall, scheduled on-call after regular working hours, and on a 24-hour basis on weekends and holidays.
