Our customer, a software company is seeking a Contracts Manager / Junior Attorney with Ironclad Experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at drafting and managing playbooks related to AI usage within Ironclad, although prior AI experience is not required. This role offers the flexibility of remote work. Duration: 6 months Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage playbooks for AI usage within Ironclad. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts using Ironclad. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in contract management. * Provide legal support and guidance on contract-related matters. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legal requirements. Experience: * JD or bachelor's degree. * Proven experience with Ironclad. * Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Nice to have: * Familiarity with AI-related legal considerations (not required).
