We're looking for someone to join our team as a Supervisor, Business Intelligence who: The Business Intelligence (BI) Supervisor leads a team of Business Intelligence Analysts in designing and delivering data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and operational excellence. This role oversees developing and maintaining BI tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational goals. As part of Clinica Sierra Vista, the BI Supervisor collaborates across departments to provide actionable insights that drive improvements in clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. Essential Functions: * Apply Agile principles to manage BI projects, focusing on iterative development, collaboration, adaptability, and value-driven outcomes. * Manage a team of BI analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable BI deliverables. * Design, develop, and oversee the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that meet organizational needs and stakeholder requirements. * Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of BI solutions. * Validate analytics content for accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and reviews. * Collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial teams to gather requirements and deliver customized data insights. * Optimize data queries, workflows, and reporting processes for efficiency and performance. * Oversee the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Epic content, including Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Radar, and Cogito SQL. * Manage the development and integration of third-party BI tools * Document BI processes, reports, and metrics to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational objectives. * Conduct data audits and performance analyses to identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvements. You'll be successful with the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field. * 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. * Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
