Service Technician III

Service Technician III General Requirements: The Service Technician III is a critical role requiring EPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair. This position demands expertise in maintaining and servicing commercial-grade HVAC equipment, including unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, heat exchangers, control valves, and chillers (including retrofitting) with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: * Equipment Service: Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including: * 1-ton mini splits to 50-ton package units * Boilers, chillers, control valves, heat exchangers, and evaporative coolers * Ensure customer satisfaction through effective diagnosis and repair. * Technical Skills: Utilize advanced software and technology, along with various hand tools, to troubleshoot and repair HVAC units following blueprints and engineering specifications. * Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork for each service call and maintain organized records of work performed. * Business Development: Collaborate with account salespersons to discuss service opportunities and expand business. * Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest safety standards, ensuring security and accountability for company-issued and procured assets. * Flexibility: Demonstrate dedication to customer service by being available for overtime, on-call rotation, and weekend shifts, including occasional overnight stays. Qualifications: * Valid driver's license with a good driving record * EPA certification * Ability to frequently lift 30 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs * Must successfully pass a background check and drug test Why Join Us?
