Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary plus incentive compensation. The base salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $160,000 - $170,000. As an Advance Local Sr. Account Executive, you'll act as a strategic advertising consultant to Healthcare clients, backed by a leading-edge digital media organization. Clients in this space, such as healty systems, hospitals, physician groups and practices, and senior living facilities will rely on you to be the expert consultant and help them achieve their business goals. You will leverage your critical thinking skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions, backed by the resources of Advance Healthcare, which specializes in the development of digital marketing campaigns that align with healthcare providers' goals to acquire patients and increase referrals. We utilize an integrated mix of marketing solutions, including content marketing, digital media, search, video, email, social media marketing and more, designed to reach the consumer every step of the way. You will join a team of top talent, sharing ideas and exploring the latest trends with other "A" players like yourself. A typical day will include cross collaboration with account team members to ensure the success of our existing clients, as well as prospecting, conducting meetings to secure new clients, and pitching strategic campaigns to healthcare executives. You will be expected to consistently build your sales funnel and work to close business at a high velocity. We'll provide an interactive sales and product training program, and resources that support our sellers from prospecting new business opportunities through client retention. You'll work primarily from your home office, and your territory will include key growth markets in NYC (highly focused on 2 of the 5 boroughs), Long Island, Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. Our ideal candidate can be located anywhere within the territory, or New Jersey. This job requires reliable transportation to meet with clients. What you'll be doing: * Achieve your sales goals by prospecting new business and developing existing accounts to grow our overall brand * Meet with local decision-makers to uncover and understand their business needs and goals and advise clients on our comprehensive product mix including digital ads, search, social, email, video, mobile and print solutions * Collaborate with colleagues to design custom advertising solutions and marketing campaigns to fit your clients' needs, and to close new business * Present solutions to clients, working collaboratively to achieve the product mix aligned to their goals * Build rapport with clients for retention and upselling * Review campaign results, learn from data and celebrate your successes * Work with our advertising fulfillment team to provide performance data insights for each client campaign * Organize your day by pivoting to various sales activities to continuously build your pipeline, and work under deadlines * Use your self-motivation and resilience to persevere through the cold-calling process Our ideal candidate will have the following: * A track record of success in consultative, solution-oriented sales, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit * Minimum of two years' experience in digital advertising sales * Proven success of increasing sales in a competitive marketplace * CRM sales management software experience with a leading platform, preferably SalesForce * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), particularly in Power Point & Excel to create presentations and review data * Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education with related experience * Strong self-motivation and the ability to achieve goals independently * Exceptional relationship-building skills * Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities, including active listening skills * A strong team-player approach * Solid organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, handle pressure, and work under deadlines At Advance Local we are looking for exceptional top producers.
