$27.00 plus Best in Class Benefits for night Supervisors. Must have experience as a Casino Table Games Dealer and preferably is proficient in dealing 2 major games. Prior dual-rate or leadership experience along with casino dealing experience is preferred. In this role you will work in the action and excitement of the casino and may be scheduled evenings and overnight shifts including weekends. This is a 5 day work week with days off usually falling Mon-Tue, Tue-Wed, Wed-Thu. Assists in the supervision of the overall table games department and promotes customer development during assigned shifts. Promotes guidance for teamwork, encourages employee ideas and feedback, counsels, guides and instructs assigned personnel in proper performance of duties; recommends when training is needed; and specific duties; recommends changes in the department including hiring, promotion, and termination. Partner and coordinate with other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction and efficient operations in a safe, friendly, comfortable environment, by well-trained, motivated employees. * Embrace,role model and implement all elements of our customer service program including Total Service and buzz sessions, and tier prioritized service. * Recommend and implement changes to improve overall employee engagement and customer satisfaction. * Establish and endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment Inc. in accordance with the Code of Commitment. * Responsible for the conduct of table games for assigned shift in accordance with federal, state, and local gaming regulations, as well as company policies, procedures and internal controls. * Continuously improves service by assessing service problems using player feedback or data. * Communicates service problems and team plans in buzz sessions and facilitates problem-solving meetings with team. * Demonstrates the ability to discipline and responsibly direct employees. * Supervisors can also function either as a box person or supervisor. * Focuses team on providing "A" level service. Immediately addresses service issues and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. * Keeps team well informed of property promotions and events and is present and visible at customer events. * Takes personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of luck. * Ensures proper procedure is used by all dealers under supervision. * Verifies all gaming table transactions in supervised area. * Verifies issuance of credit after completion of all authorization procedures. * Personally responsible for their dealers being upbeat and friendly while also taking responsibility for following dealing procedures and keeping proper game pace. * Manages labor, supplies and other expense items in a manner consistent with company strategy. * Providing superior guest service, developing quality players through personal interaction and relationship marketing; * Tracking and recording proper win/loss figures * Coach dealers daily * Observing dealer's progress and providing daily positive reinforcement, constructive feedback; * Ensuring compliance with all Missouri Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations. * Acts as a role model and demonstrate maturity as a Table Games Leader. QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. * Must be 21 years of age. * Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License. * Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends. * Must present a well-groomed appearance. * Must have excellent customer service/communication skills. * Knowledgeable in data entry, read and interpret output from a computer WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality. * Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more. * Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift. * Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. * Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. * Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. * Must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas and responds to visual and aural cues. * Mathematical abilities including addition and subtraction/accurate record keeping strongly required. * Must have the dexterity to grip and work necessary items (chips, 10 key adding machine, money bags, computers, money, etc.).
