Our Superintendents are crucial to our success as a company. They work on the front lines of our conservation mission and have a lot of autonomy and responsibility. In keeping with our culture, our Superintendents need to be leaders, assisting and advising their teams and culturing their growth and success.   This position is remote, as it requires extensive traveling throughout the country, and will report to the Director of Field Services.Responsibilities:Leading up to 6+ person installation teamsManage jobs from start to completion, including managing employees, inventory, vendors, and client communicationsAssist with installations, up to 75% of daily loadMaintain company equipment, including but not limited to tools, vehicles, lifts, housing, etc.Assist employees with clocking in and out and reviewing punches for accuracy Log and document completed work in our internal system in real time Plan out installation and lead the charge in executionEnsure that team members have the information, tools, materials, and cooperation to complete the projects on time and within budgetEffectively communicate with your superiors as well as clients. Ensure any potential issues or possible changes to the scope of work are properly relayed and documented. Complete thorough and detailed punch walk for every project.
