The Landscape Installation Foreman is responsible for maintaining top industry standards in all aspects of landscape installation. This position requires competence in plant identification, shrub and flower planting, tree installation, mulching, sod prep and installation and other essential duties that are required to beautify properties.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Master the skills necessary to perform the workMulchingPlantingTree InstallationSod installationSeasonal clean ups Comply with the company's safety policies and proceduresManage crew productivity and performance to adhere to contract hours and specifications.Manage crew member's daily time entries on a tabletMaintain tools and equipmentMinimum Requirements:Valid driver's license2+ years experience with a professional landscaping company doing installations.Ability to push, pull lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.Insurability and ability to operate a company vehicle and trailer.Knowledge of and ability to operate a skid steer.Ability to read EnglishKey Performance Metrics:Accurate installations completed in or under specified time frame in order to maintain efficient work flow.High quality work completed the first time.
