Click here to learn more about the role - and be sure to today! salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year shift: Third work hours: 9:30 PM - 6 AM education: High School Responsibilities + Run all necessary computerized reports + Interpret injection molding schedules and work orders and assigns duties + Set up molding machines to run safely, quality products at optimum productivity + Perform product changes (ID and resin type and color) on the machines + Perform nozzle filter cleaning and changes as needed + Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications and changes machine set-ups as necessary for best quality and cycle time performance. + Provide and facilitate all the needs of the production operators for optimal performance + Recommend measures and strive towards improving safety, quality, production methods, and equipment performance + Analyze and assist production operators in solving work problems + Review and prepare as needed daily production reports + Train workers on how to safely perform their duties + Operate an industrial forklift The essential functions of this role include: + working in a smoke free environment + wearing steel toe shoes + working in a non-temperature controlled environment + manual lifting up to 50lbs + standing for 8 hours at one time Skills + Line Management (5 years of experience is required) + Production Control (5 years of experience is required) + Injection Molding (5 years of experience is required) + Supervising (5 years of experience is required) + Machine Setup (5 years of experience is required) + Forklift Operation (5 years of experience is required) + Production Scheduling (3 years of experience is required) + Quality Control (5 years of experience is required) Qualifications + Years of experience: 5 years + Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
