Work with your team to implement the right processes and practices across our organization to help ensure flight and product efficiency. As a Mechanic, you'll repair engine components and parts. What you'll do: * Inspect engine modules and engine components. * Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality. * Use hand and air tools such as pneumatic grinder and restoration hammer. * Willingness to learn and to understand cause and effects of each function within the process. * Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations. Position Requirements * Proficient with hand tools and measuring devices. * Ability to read and interpret manuals and work instructions. * Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions * Ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance * Ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Team player and engage well with members to achieve common goals.
