We are currently seeking a Retail Inventory and Receiving Specialist to share our Vision - to create the most imaginative, authentic and meaningful wellness experience. The main responsibilities of the role are data entry of inventory coming in, receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to both retail outlets, organizing retail warehouse stock and assisting the Manager in maintaining an accurate perpetual inventory in Dataworks. As part of the Hyatt and Miraval family, we offer a complete benefits package including: * Robust PTO package* * Complimentary* and discounted room nights with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts * Use of facilities, ability to participate in classes, and discounts on Spa services * Medical, dental and vision insurance* * Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) - 401K plan and Roth IRA with company match of up to 4%* * Tuition reimbursement * Family Bonding Time Pay* * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) * this benefit dependent on employment status Duties and Responsibilities to Include: * Receive, check in, price and stock all retail merchandise * Request and process Invoices * Data entry of received merchandise into Dataworks inventory * Return of damaged merchandise, follow-up on backorders and credits * Make sure all damaged product is out of our inventory and submitted to accounts payable. * Assist in department financial acumen * Make sure that all invoices that have been received into our inventory are submitted for payment to accounts payable in the month for the month. * Assist in the accounting of department general ledger review * Assist in seamless end of month process- damages, discounts, inventory all sumbited correctly and accurately. * Deliver "ready" stock to both outlets. * Pick up, pack and ship outgoing guest purchases gift cards, and phone orders from retail outlets * Assist in phone, web and gift card orders- make sure product is shipped out and charged. * Physical maintenance of inventory * Recycle and stock packing and shipping materials, bags & boxes, order as needed * File vendor catalogs and maintain current order forms from vendors * Support the overall storage and display of stock in the retail shops, keeping it neat and orderly. * Assist in the restocking of product on the sales floor. * Assist with inventory counts as needed * Flex into Retail Sales Associate when needed and business levels require it. (see retail sales associate job description) * Support and assist Retail Manager and Retail Supervisor as needed * Knowledge of Dataworks and Resort Suite POS system * Must possess a high degree of accuracy in receiving and processing orders * Ability to physically lift 40 pounds * Must be detail oriented and efficient * Use of calculator or 10 key Hyatt is an equal opportunity employer.
