The right fit for the team is a professional who is: * Self-starter *Result-oriented *Problem solver *Analytical*High standards *Understanding *Patient *Factfinder*Trusting *Accurate *Confident *Precise *Decisive * Persistent *Team player What you'd be doing: * Managing multiple roofing crews to ensure quality work and safety guidelines are being followed. * General understanding of different roofing systems and their proper installation. * General understanding of construction safety provisions as required by law. * An eye for attention to detail in order to maintain quality control and safety standards on the job site. * Self-starter, with the ability to work independent of direct supervision daily. * Holding safety meetings prior to the start of their day. * Ensuring the crew is on-time to the job site each day and workflow is consistent with the project schedule. * Be able to interact professionally and cordially with customers and other job site visitors. * Provide training and ensure the design, installation, and other technical aspects of the project are understood by crew members. * Scheduling of roofing projects. * Responsible to check all materials before job begins. * Walking the job site at completion and taking photo documentation of completed roof. * Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in covering roofs with roofing materials * Schedules work and assigns duties to technicians and subcontractors utilizing bolt scheduling system. * Demonstrates techniques of applying various types of roofing materials * Inspects work in progress daily * Inspect all jobs completed prior to releasing payment * Coordinates daily safety inspections on all job sites * Communicate daily with scheduling coordinator and Houston field operations manager * Communicate daily with new home construction superintendents * Coordinates warranty inspections and determines areas needing repairs * Manages multiple communities and performs daily prelims on various job sites Requirements * Proven experience as Field Supervisor or Project Manager * Experience in customer service will be appreciated * Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes and projects * Outstanding organizational and managerial abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Bilingual (Spanish & English) * 3 years in construction/roofing * 2 years in management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong work ethic A glimpse of what we offer: * 100% Company-paid Employee Medical. * 100% Company-paid Life Insurance. * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. * 401K with Employer match. * Medical Plan options available (two medical plans, dependent/family coverage). * Health Savings Account. * Flexible Savings Account. * Optional Voluntary Benefits including Dental, Vision, Supplemental Life Insurance, Disability, and Accident coverage.
