What We Offer * Starting pay range: $10 - $19/hour + TIPS! * Monthly performance bonus incentives * Career advancement opportunities - we are committed to promoting from within! * Flexible scheduling; full-time, part-time, seasonal, and weekend-only positions available * Opportunity to earn cash tips from customers What You'll Do You and your team will... * Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings * Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business * Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck * Complete paperwork and payment collection * Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks Who We're Looking For We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful. * High school diploma or GED * 18 years or older for movers; 21 years or older for drivers due to insurance restrictions * Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English * Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude * Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day * Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
