In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.The Production Coordinator, Merchandise for the Masters Tournament merchandise will oversee daily tasks and activities related to the production of Tournament merchandise and other product related items. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication with both international and domestic suppliers, tracking production progress, and managing logistics to ensure timely delivery of merchandise. The Production Coordinator will work closely with Product Development, Planning, and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper allocation of goods to store locations.Essential Functions of the JobCollaborate with product development, planning, suppliers, and overseas agents to ensure production timelines are met.Monitor all work-in-progress (WIP) for merchandise items.Maintain internal tracking systems and communicate production updates and potential delays to relevant stakeholders.Partner with product development to ensure all merchandise approvals are reviewed and commented on to maintain on-time delivery.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met based on tech pack specifications.Ensure compliance with packaging guidelines, UPC approvals, and ex-factory dates.Identify potential risks in the production process and develop mitigation strategies.Implement contingency plans to address production delays or quality issues.Maintain constant communication with international and domestic suppliers and sourcing agents regarding production tracking and progress.Resolve issues or discrepancies in production with suppliers promptly.Build strong relationships with all suppliers.Works closely with the Merchandise Planner to ensure accurate allocation of goods to each store location.Coordinate with warehouse operations to facilitate smooth receipt and distribution of merchandise.Physical demands are outlined immediately below.Physical DemandsAcceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.Occasionally required to walk and work with hands and arms, lift up to 25 pounds and/or drive a golf cart.Constantly required to sit, sometimes for several hours at a time, and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsOther Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties which are deemed by management to be an important part of the jobQualifications: Skills/Knowledge/Attributes:Effective communication and supplier managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, time-management skills, and tracking abilitiesStrong understanding of production processes, logistics and freight managementCollaboration and teamworkAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with production tracking software tools preferred.Relative Experience/Education:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in production coordination, supply chain management, or related roles.Required License(s):Possess a valid driver's license and/or successfully completes the Club's internal motor vehicle training programProjected Work Schedule: Normal work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
