Essential Functions:Deliver product in a safe and professional manner within a timeframe designated by customer demands.Establish paper trail for each delivery and complete all appropriate D.O.T. and related paperwork.Keep vehicles clean.Communicate with our mechanics on any problems experienced with vehicles.Physically complete all DOT required vehicle inspections and paperwork in order to stay in compliance with all DOT regulations.Required Skills and QualificationsRequires Class A, Commercial Drivers License. Requires DOT Medical Certification.Must be willing to work variable hours and days including overtime.Physical and Environmental Factors:Safety Awareness - Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor. Attend, and successfully complete, when applicable, all required safety training.Quality Awareness - Comply with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Food Safety and Quality Food Programs (SQF).Requires ability to lift 60 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 150 lbs.Requires ability to control a two wheeler down a ramp on a trailer.A lift assessment, DOT physical, and drug screen are required of all truck drivers.Subject to outside weather conditions.J&B Group, an Equal Opportunity Employer, wishes to make our Careers website accessible to any and all users.
