This key role plays a vital part in the company's success, managing driver check-ins/outs and ensuring the smooth flow of shipments. Responsibilities: * Manage the gate and assist with driver check-ins/outs * Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively * Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy * Multi-task and handle high expectations for shipping, receiving, and administrative duties * Perform billing and documentation tasks as needed * Use Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication and reporting * Leverage 3PL and/or distribution experience to enhance workflow Requirements: * Shipping and receiving experience required * Strong WMS proficiency * Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word * 3PL and/or distribution experience preferred * Bilingual in English and Spanish * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment * High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills If you're ready to take on a role that challenges you and offers growth potential, click "Apply Now" to get started.
