Senior Account Manager What You'll Do: * Drive revenue growth with existing and target customers * Produce new opportunity pipeline each week to meet quarterly and annual quota targets * Collaborate on account strategy and manage sales cycle for new and repeat sales * Deliver and report accurate forecasts of your business. * Gather market information on customer's activities, projects, and sales forecasts * Be knowledgeable on products and markets such that we can match company solutions to customers' needs * Interact and engage with customers to understand their needs, translate customer challenges and opportunities into values to a suitable solution * Achieve results and exceed targets What You'll Need: * Minimum of 8 years of sales or marketing experience in an semiconductor industry with bachelor's degree * Demonstrated closing and negotiation skills * Relevant experience in large account sales * A strong team leader, who is confident working within a collaborative team environment. * Exceptional analytical, quantitative, qualitative and deduction skills. * 25% travel preferred * Able to speak English and Korean "Hybrid work environment" Salary and Benefits Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $135,000 to $175,000 annually as It is influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency across roles.
