Key Responsibilities: * Prospect & Build Relationships: Identify and reach out to restaurant and foodservice operations in your designated territory. * Cold Calling Mastery: Complete a minimum of 20 face-to-face cold calls daily to qualified prospects-never miss an opportunity! * Sales Pipeline Management: Consistently meet your sales goals by managing a pipeline of rental dish machine sales and related products. * Networking & Research: Use your local knowledge to research new business opportunities and grow your territory. * Sales Meetings: Participate in weekly sales meetings to track your progress and strategize for success. What We're Looking For: * Experience: 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience, especially in B2B with heavy cold calling. * Hunter Mentality: You've got the drive, persistence, and closing skills to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. * Organizational Skills: Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills. * Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to present confidently in person. * Motivation: Must be comfortable working independently.
