Skilled Maintenance Technician

Gifford in beautiful Randolph, Vermont, is seeking a#Skilled Technician#to work in our Facilities Department.# The#candidate#will be responsible for a variety of jobs, including but not limited to, installation, maintenance, configuring phone systems,#repair work common to the trade of general building repairs, carpentry, masonry, flooring and drywall finishing. This position is also responsible for the ongoing surveillance and operation of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and equipment including the boiler plant.# Regular duties also include routine repairs and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities,#grounds work around the campus to include mowing and trimming, and other general maintenance work.### The successful applicant will have strong time management skills and the ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner.
