Production Supervisor

Interstate Assembly Systems is looking for an Production Supervisor for our West Fargo North Dakota location. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous leadership experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and will manage, motivate, and develop the support staff to achieve productivity, profitability, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals. To be successful in this role you'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize job duties to meet deadlines. This role involves managing a team, coordinating daily production activities, and fostering a positive work environment. The supervisor will also be involved in training staff, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Pay Range: $50K-$75K annually DOEScheduled Shift: 6:30am to 4pm, Monday-FridayPerformance Responsibilities: Managing workflow - Responsible for managing the daily performance of the department.
