Interstate Assembly Systems is looking for an Production Supervisor for our West Fargo North Dakota location. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous leadership experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and will manage, motivate, and develop the support staff to achieve productivity, profitability, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals. To be successful in this role you'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize job duties to meet deadlines. This role involves managing a team, coordinating daily production activities, and fostering a positive work environment. The supervisor will also be involved in training staff, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Pay Range: $50K-$75K annually DOEScheduled Shift: 6:30am to 4pm, Monday-FridayPerformance Responsibilities: Managing workflow - Responsible for managing the daily performance of the department. Oversee training of new hires Ensure procedures and process steps meet all safety, quality and costing standards Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 certification Performance reviews - evaluate employee performance and provide feedback Effectively communicate with managers and all other departments/employees Develop and maintain working team relationship with all supporting functions, communicate on a regular basis to anticipate upcoming issues affecting accounting/personnel area Ensure performance and behavior standards are met and continuously improvedEssential Duties: Oversee production employees' performance Make sure products are assembled to the print specifications and quality Ensure Production and Shipping schedules are maintained Report any safety incident within 24 hoursPosition Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 year's Mechanical related experience Minimum of 3-5 years of Supervisors experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Emotional intelligence Ability to delegate Problem solving Maintaining a positive attitudeBenefits: Competitive compensation Tuition assistance Broad range of health (medical, dental and vision) insurance options Flexible paid time off and paid holidays 401(K) with company matchPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
