Field Supervisor

Description Position at Triage Partners, LLC Telecom Field SupervisorWe are looking for a Field Supervisor to act as a liaison between Triage Partners and our telecommunications customer to ensure performance and productivity for our technicians in current and future markets. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the implementation of new technologies and field services.Specific responsibilities include:Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budgetEvaluating customer satisfaction levels to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with the services being provided by the telecommunications companyWorking with vendors to ensure that all equipment is compatible with existing systems and able to support new technology as neededManaging and supervising teams of technicians, and other personnel involved in installation projectsEnsuring that all teams have the necessary tools and materials to complete their work tasks efficientlyCoordinating with outside contractors or consultants to ensure that all work is performed according to specificationsMonitoring project schedules, budgets, and staff activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget parametersCoordinating with internal departments to ensure that projects meet company standards for design and functionalityMonitoring project costs to ensure that expenses are controlled within budget limitsQualifications and Requirements:5-7 years of management experience in the telecom field services industryPrevious experience with Lumen or CenturyLink Technologies is highly preferredAbility to management team performance remotelyDemonstrated analytical and communication skillsSkills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailA self-starter who needs minimal instruction or supervisionStrong active listening and critical thinking skillsEntrepreneurial orientation and creativityAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to quickly adapt to new environments and pick up new skills/technologiesOperates well under pressure and tight time limitsAbility to multi-task on several projects at onceWho We Are:Established and growing exponentially, Triage Partners is proud to be celebrating 19 years in business as the National Premier Provider in the telecommunications industry!
