Description Summary: National Account Manager is responsible for maintaining existing accounts and developing new ones. He/She is responsible for meeting/exceeding sales top and bottom-line budgets per annum while actively engaging in funneling market/account feedback to Marketing and category Team for future program and product development. In This Role, You'll Have the Opportunity To: * Build annual / quarterly budgets to achieve longer term vision in store and ecomm growth * Develop a 3 year roadmap to achieve growth objectives, in collaboration with the product category teams (domestic and import business) * Be responsible for hitting Net Sales and Direct Contribution target * Be responsible for forecast accuracy and works closely with the Demand Planner to monitor POS and forecast shipments * Build/maintains positive relationships with Merchant, Ecomm Merchant, Product Development Merchant, and Inventory Replenishment team * Work with Ecomm merchandising and marketing to ensure products have best in class product experience * Develop monthly promotional calendar, tracks results and adjusts future promotions to incorporate learnings * Provide feedback to product category on reviews, opportunities for improvements and new product ideas * Coordinate with category product managers to ensure new products are launched on time * Lead resolutions of any logistics, operations, or finance issues within product portfolio Requirements What You Need to Succeed: * Ability to respond daily to ever-changing needs on ecommerce and continuously look for ways to optimize sales (short term & longer term) * Creative thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo to grow the business * Entrepreneurial * Analytical and shows drive for results * Ability to effectively handle high degree of multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proven ability to work under tight deadlines (24 hours or less) * Strong problem-solving skills * Strong negotiating, collaboration, solution selling and relationship building capabilities in an internal and customer facing role. * Strong communication skills. * Strategic thinking, ability to develop and drive a concept through to completion. Education and Experience: * BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field * 3-5 years account management experience is required * Proven experience with Customer relations, managing customer concerns to satisfactory resolution required * Must have the ability to define and successfully execute a promotions strategy
