Paralegal

Our client is a fast-paced, growing law firm focusing on foreclosure law and probate in need of an independent contractor probate paralegal for 30-40 hours per week for in-person work at our Lake Worth, Florida, location. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of solid experience in supervising other paralegals and high-volume case management, managing Florida probate administrations (summary and formal), drafting pleadings, motions, petitions, and proposed orders, and navigating court systems throughout the State of Florida, as well as have excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working under time constraints. Knowledge of Salesforce and Practice Panther a huge plus.
