Customer Service Specialist

OrthAlign, Inc., a Smart Technologies, growing medical device company, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist in our Customer Service Department. This role is responsible for managing the sales order entry process for Delivered Order Forms (DOFs) and matching bill only purchase orders (POs). Serves as the primary source to identify, flag, and resolve problematic DOFs and bill only POs . The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for answering phone calls and checking voice messages, credit card processing, commission deductions, and light department reporting.You will:Create Sales Orders to input all DOFs into Expandable Identify problematic DOFs and work to resolve themMatch bill only POs to the correct DOF sales ordersIdentify problematic bill only POs and work to resolve themProcess credit card payments and commission deduction transactions for two territoriesManage incoming phone calls and messagesProduce basic reports to be distributed to the Sales Team at the beginning of each monthYou need:Experience in a general office/business environment of at least 1 yearPreferably a BS/BA degreeStrong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)ŸExcellent written and verbal communication skills ŸResults-oriented with appropriate urgency and tenacious follow-upŸAbility to work as a collaborative team member as well as independentlyŸExcellent attention to detail, producing high quality output appropriate to broader context ŸFlexibility and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasksŸSound judgment when making decisions and communicating with peers and managementŸKnowledge and basic understanding of an ERP system (preferred)Basic math skillsŸGood memory skillsŸProblem analysis and problem-solving skillsWe offer: Competitive compensation including bonus and equityOpportunities for career advancementFull benefits packageAn evolving, engaging culture and workplaceIt is an exciting time at OrthAlign - make your next career move with us!Please note that we are unable to provide any type of sponsorship at this time.
