Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus is currently seeking an experienced (2+ years) paralegal in its Irvine, California location.Requirements:-       Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate-       2+ years of paralegal experience.-       Skilled in advanced usage of Word, Excel, and Outlook.-       Knowledge of calendaring and court rules and procedures.-       Experience in court filing, including both State and Federal courts.-       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.-       Ability to organize and maintain document databases.-       Organize and prepare pleadings and discovery documents and support litigation by reviewing, finalizing, and compiling documents.-       Create trial and witness notebooks, identify, and organize exhibits, coordinate witness schedules, maintain trial calendars, set up trial spaces, and travel for trial as needed.-       Draft, proofread, and format routine correspondence and litigation documents and conforming to applicable rules of federal court, CA courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration forums.-       Prior trial experience is preferred.Benefits:-       Medical, dental and vision insurance coverage-       401(k)Salary:-       $70,000 - $90,000+, depending on qualifications and experience.
