Summary: This is an Entry-Level Role that requires skills in customer relations, verbal communication and technical ability.We are seeking a motivated, self-starter who can handle both phone and email requests. In this position you will be responsible for property reservations, using the computer to maintain customer accounts, processing payment transactions, sending out confirmation emails and ensuring all the information is correct and updated. Responsibilities:Creates invoices and manages incoming payments together with Accounting DepartmentIssues and creates all Prize Letter redemptionsTroubleshoots all pending travel agent commissions together with hotel operations teamManages the travel agent incentive programs together with the SpecialistsCreate hotel reservations for travel agentsCreate invoices for events and incentive programsCreate and manage Salesforce agent profiles Provide outstanding customer service to all via email and phoneQualifications:Excellent communication, organization, written and guest relations skillsMust have a valid passport for potential travelPreferred knowledge in Salesforce and Opera Phone and email etiquette is required Background:Preferred: Minimum one year office experience, preferably in an operational environment
