They help homeowners avoid the hassle of finding a repair professional when an essential home system or appliance breaks down.The Service Management Representative role offers the ability to work with a professional staff and provide ample room for career development. In this position you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for customers by coordinating repair services and resolving issues. You'll work closely with contractors, homeowners, and internal teams to provide efficient solutions and exceptional service.
