Recently, Knockaround has become the Official Eyewear of the PGA TOUR.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our executive team and oversee our office operations. This role combines high-level executive support with operational management responsibilities and reports to our CEO.Executive Support ResponsibilitiesManage our CEO and executive team’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring efficient time managementHandle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communicationsPrepare and edit documents, presentations, and reportsCoordinate and take notes during certain meetingsProcess expense reports and handle confidential documentationAct as a liaison between the CEO/Exec Team and internal/external stakeholdersAnticipate and proactively address the CEO/Exec Team’s needs to ensure smooth daily operationsOffice Management ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for office-related mattersOversee office infrastructure, including:Coordinating with IT vendors to maintain technical systems and provide supportManaging office supply inventory and procurementCoordinating maintenance and repairsEnsuring office security protocols are followedPlan and execute company events, including team building activities, meetings, and celebrationsCreate and maintain a welcoming, productive office environmentManage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlordImplement and maintain office policies and proceduresCoordinate office space planning and organizationQualificationsProven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar roleExceptional organizational and time management skills
