Qualified candidates must have current downstream marketing experience of 5+ years.The Director of Downstream Marketing will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing strategies for Recor globally, with a primary focus in the US market. This is a critical leadership role as it involves overseeing the marketing strategy, planning and execution of the Paradise uRDN system. The candidate is expected to work closely with sales leadership and sales reps to implement marketing/commercial programs to deliver results. This role also involves leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions in order to gain new accounts and user and to differentiate from competition. This is people leader position and will report into Vice President of Marketing & Market Access.Responsibilities and DutiesOwns all levels of marketing strategy, planning and execution to achieve business objectivesDevelop go-to-market strategy for product launches, including market segmentation, targeting and positioning, pricing, product differentiation, omnichannel marketing and sales enablement toolsResponsible for the product branding strategy and messaging architecturePartner closely with sales leaders and sales reps to execute marketing initiatives in order to deliver commercial resultsImmerse in the field to work side-by-side with sales reps to understand customer unmet needs and objection in order to develop effective marketing initiativesBuild marketing assets and tools needed to support sales teamPartnership with Medical Education to ensure education content and events supports organization’s strategic goalsPartner with Marketing Communications to execute digital marketing campaigns to generate and nurture new leadsClose partnership with Market Development to share best practices and identify synergistic opportunities for collaborationStay ahead and successfully differentiate from competition to achieve market share leadershipLeverage market research, sales and customer feedback to guide improvements in marketing plan and executionParticipates in strategic planning initiatives including long-range planning to ensure profitable growth.Work closely with cross-functional teams on strategic product development and clinical evidence planningSupport local customer engagement events as neededRequirementsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred10+ years of medical device industry experience with progressive responsibilities in Downstream MarketingProven track record in strategic marketing and executing complex marketing plan to deliver resultsAbility to influence senior-level stakeholders and make recommendations based on insights and data.Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales to execute marketing programsAbility to partner with external stakeholders including interventionalists and administratorsExperience working in high functioning cross-functional teamsEffective people leader who can attract talents and build a strong and motivated teamData analytics skillsFinancial and budget managementSelf-motivated and proactive with a positive attitudeExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsFluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skillsExpect to travel up to 30% of the timeWhy Join RecorFlexible work environmentEnjoy weekly onsite lunchesYummy snacks and drinks onsitePTO and Floating HolidaysOur product is FDA approval = Growth opportunitiesAnnual grant on Long-Term Incentive planCommunity service opportunitiesGenerous 401K matchingSalary Range: $ 200,000- $250,543 (Annual Base Salary) + Annual Bonus
