Pilates Instructor

Join the Rêve Pilates Team!  We are excited to announce our expansion at Rêve Pilates in Randolph, NJ, and we are looking for comprehensively trained Pilates instructors to join our team. If you are passionate about wellness and dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals, we want to hear from you!  Key Responsibilities: • Lead engaging and inclusive Pilates classes tailored to various fitness levels.  • Foster a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for all participants.  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the studio is reset and ready for the next instructor after every class block.  • Present a well-groomed and clean appearance at all times.  • Be willing to substitute for other instructors as needed.  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance the overall community experience.  Qualifications:  • Must hold a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification.  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends. • Availability to commit to up to 8 or more hours per week. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits:  • Free Pilates classes for instructors. • Ongoing education and professional development opportunities. • Birthday pay to celebrate your special day. • Generous family discount on classes and services. • Commission on sales.  Why Join Us? At Rêve Pilates, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team dedicated to promoting health and wellness.
