Providing the tools entrepreneurs need to stay a step ahead of the competition, Wakefern’s co-operative members benefit from the company’s extensive portfolio of services, including innovative technology, private label development, and best-in-class procurement practices.SummaryAs a member of Tech’s HR/Legal Systems team, the HCM/Legal Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions to support the company’s Human Capital Management and Legal systems and related initiatives. This role involves working closely with various areas across the enterprise (including corporate, warehouse, retail, and member locations) to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Essential Functions Participation in the project development lifecycle for HCM and Legal related systems including, but not limited to:Business requirements analysis and documentationRequest for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) document creationVendor evaluation and selectionSystem design, configuration, and integrationSystem testing and validationSystem documentation, user guide, best practices, and support documentation creationSystem implementationEnd user and support team trainingProvide ongoing system support, including but not limited to:Project lifecycle development work related to system upgrades, enhancements, production fixes, etc.On call support after hours and on weekends as needed Additional Functions Assist the HR/Legal Systems Project Manager with administrative tasks as needed including, but not limited to:Participate in project planning and management activities such as updating of project plans and other related project documentationIdentify opportunities for additional support documentation and training for end user and support teamsWork with business teams and system end users to identify areas for system improvement and enhancementStay updated on industry trends and best practices with regards to HCM and Legal systemsQualifications College degree, equivalent IT certification, or equivalent work experience preferredMinimum of 5 to 7 years of experience implementing and supporting modern cloud based HCM (such as Dayforce, Workday, UKG, etc.) and Legal (such as Sirion, iManage, Serengeti, etc.) SaaS solutions requiredExperience with legacy HCM solutions such as Kronos Workforce Central and Oracle PeopleSoft preferred, but not requiredWorking Conditions & Physical Demands Ability to sit and work in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of timeFlexibility with work schedule and occasional travel as needed to support business needsCompetencies Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and time constraintsAbility to embrace change and adjust to changing workloads and prioritiesAbility to take initiative with a strong desire to learnStrong problem solving skillsStrong attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProfessional attitude and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
