Maintenance Manager - Liquids Manufacturing

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Experience in maintenance management within a LIQUID manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation. Proven experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and condition-based maintenance (CBM) strategies. Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop maintenance teams. Proficiency in maintenance management software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices related to maintenance operations. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
