Personal Injury Paralegal

We are a growing Law Firm looking to bring on an experienced Paralegal to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, with previous Plaintiff, Personal Injury experience.Responsibilities:Setting up new filesAcquiring, summarizing and maintaining clients’ medical recordsManaging and maintaining organized case filesDrafting and reviewing of correspondenceRecording and storing client information and updatesRegular phone, email and/or in person contact with clients, medical providers and insurance companiesAll other clerical and/or administrative duties as requiredRequirements:3+ years of experiencePrevious plaintiff personal injury experience Familiarity with the processing of PIP and injury claimsExperience with requesting medical recordsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently with little to no oversight
