Areas of Focus:Accounting & BookkeepingOffice OperationsAdministrative ManagementResponsibilities:Oversees daily office operations to ensure organizational needs are metAnswering phones and coordinating scheduling for senior team membersIdentifies and resolves operational challenges related to customer service, accounting, and technologyEnsures accurate completion of daily/monthly/quarterly accounting tasks, including reports, reconciliations, and journal entries for current bookkeeping clientsCloses financial records and ensures timely submission of financial reports for reviewEnsures proper maintenance of office equipment and orders necessary suppliesManages special projects and ensures deadlines are metSupervises day-to-day administrative tasks and provides support to team members as neededLeads process improvements for office procedures with CEOPerforms other related duties to support overall efficiencyQualifications:5+ years of bookkeeping / accounting, office operations and administrative experience2+ years of supervisory or management experiencePrevious experience preparing and analyzing financial statementsSkilled in cash handling, account reconciliation and payrollProficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooksBachelor's Degree
