Senior Fund Accountant

Our client, a Greenwich-based multi-strategy private equity firm, manages approximately $6B of capital under management. They are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to assist the Fund Controllers in overseeing the finance function for the four U.S.-based investment platforms comprising 6 funds. The Senior Fund Accountant will provide direct support to Fund Controllers and will enjoy exposure to a multitude of business challenges. Success in this role will position the Senior Fund Accountant for expanded responsibilities within the firm.Specific responsibilities will include:● Maintain books and records for all fund entities.● Maintain treasury function by updating cash reconciliation and credit facility files,processing wires, and monitoring payments and capital activity.● Review financial statements and capital statements.● Assist with capital calls and distributions for the funds.● Assist with quarterly and annual investor reporting, including performance reporting.
