They are looking for a technology lead who can drive the expansion of their algorithmic trading platform, and provide direction from a technology and people management perspective. This is an opportunity to work at a tech-driven team and to be a part of a high-impact, large-scale project building critical systems that are utilized globally.This role sits within the front office and the group head places a huge emphasis on a collaborative environment between his Traders, Quants, and Developers. Their technology stack is cutting edge and they prefer candidates to have a working knowledge of C++ with experience working on electronic trading systems (Equities experience preferred)Qualifications:Key skills for Executive Director 10+ years C++ programming experience10+ years working in a Linux environmentExperience with low latency, electronic trading systemsExperience designing, implementing and maintaining software for HFT strategiesSystems design experience/experience with HPC and networkingData Analysis knowledge and experience working with large data setsExperience working alongside Quants / Traders for strategy development and optimizationLeadership experience is strongly preferred
