Our well-establishedand growing financial firm is expanding and seeking to add a Financial Advisor to our Team!The Financial Advisor will assist with new client onboarding, meet with our established clients and continue to grow and enhance existing client relationships by providing exceptional client service.This position is based in our Wethersfield, CT office and the candidate must be able to travel some weekdays to our other Connecticut neighborhood offices to meet with clients for their convenience.This Advisor will have the opportunity to help grow our office and meet one on one with company leads generated from workshops, referrals and TV. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and who knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service by always putting clients first.Minimum Requirements· College degree preferred· 4+years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales· Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7 & 66· Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills· Strong mathematical and analytical skills· Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written· Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment· Process-oriented approach to problem-solving and must be detail focusedPosition Responsibilities· Meet one on one with firm generated prospects and encourage the relationship with a professional advisor• Prepare, present and implement financial plans involving annuities, life, long-term care & managed money products• Update notes in CRM to track client relationships• Develop, manage and retain strong client relationships· Attend and present at evening educational programs
