An exciting opportunity for a Client Coverage Associate/Senior Associate to support a top funds Institutional sales effort.Principal Responsibilities Develop and maintain an ongoing, detailed understanding coverage, business plan and support needs. Assist in building, maintaining and executing a marketing strategy for a wide range of institutional products. Maintain a thorough understanding of product strengths/applicability and apply that knowledge in written and verbal form to clients and prospects. Receive and send correspondence independently and on behalf of the team:o Facilitate informational requests from clients/prospects with the ability to understand and identify sensitivities/potential issuesCLIENT & CAPITAL FORMATION, SENIOR ASSOCIATEo Send detailed meeting follow up email including any relevant customized data or research to clients andprospectso Source, evaluate for appropriateness, and initiate RFP/DDQ process with sales/client service Use Salesforce to manage sales process, client engagement and researcho Create and update contact and coverage records, maintain current details on contacts and organizationsRequirements Bachelor’s degree required, 3+ years of experience in a fundraising support role for an asset management firm Previous experience in a fast-paced client oriented environment (
