As our Paid Media Manager at DSS GAMES, you will play a crucial role in getting our games in the hands of game-enthusiasts around the world through strategic performance marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance-driven advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, with a primary focus on Amazon Advertising, Meta Ad Strategy, Paid Search campaigns, as well as various Retail Media channels. You will work closely with our Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and Content Specialist to map out + execute a well-rounded paid media strategy that best suits our products, price point, and target demographic. Reports To: Marketing Director Exempt, full-time position with benefitsAmazon Ad Management - 50%Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns for the United States marketHelp to build an advertising strategy for our markets in Canada and eventually for the United KingdomDevelop and execute strategies to improve campaign performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored DisplayAnalyze key metrics, trends, and customer behavior to drive campaign adjustments and optimize for ROAS Collaborate with internal teams to align Amazon Ads strategies with overall business goalsMeta Ad Management - 25%Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)Develop and test creative strategies to ensure high engagement and conversionsAnalyze and report on campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and optimize media spendOther Paid Channels - 25%Help to plan + execute a paid search strategy for DSS Games (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to improve performanceDevelop data-driven strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROIHelp to build and oversee campaigns on our Retail Media platforms (Walmart Connect, Epsilon, etc.) Ensure consistency and alignment in paid media efforts to enhance the customer experience and drive growthContinuously research, test, and evaluate new performance marketing channelsStay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative growth opportunitiesTest new platforms, tactics, and strategies to ensure that the business remains competitive in a rapidly evolving landscapeMinimum qualifications:3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platformsStrong knowledge of Amazon Ads + Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)Experience with Retail Media and e-commerce platforms is a plusExpertise in campaign management, bid strategies, and optimization techniques to maximize ROIAbility to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive resultsProficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting toolsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholdersSelf-motivated with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.Experience managing ads in International markets, specifically on AmazonExperience executing a Paid Search strategy Why Join Us?:Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growing brandCollaborative and supportive team cultureCompetitive salary and benefits packageChance to drive innovation and shape the future of performance marketing for a leading companyIf you're a data-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!To Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you’d be a great fit for this role.DSS Games is located in Solana Beach, CA. and this position is a hybrid role.
